1.2 Basic Information
You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange at the store where the purchase was made.
2. Requirements
To validate a refund or exchange for a product that has already been delivered, you must go to the branch where you made the purchase and present:
3. Proof of purchase.
Merchandise in its original packaging and with all its components. Warranty with suppliers or service center.
After 60 days from the date of purchase, the warranty will apply with the Supplier or its Authorized Service Center.
4. Refunds or exchanges of merchandise purchased in-store.
The refund or exchange will be processed at the Customer Service counter in the branch where the purchase was made.
4.1 Refunds or exchanges of merchandise purchased online.
The refund or exchange will be issued using the original payment method. The refund will appear in the customer’s account within a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the issuing bank, after the transaction date.
For Special Order products, returns are only accepted for factory defects or product damage.
For partial returns, where only some products are being returned, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Policy Exceptions
This policy does not apply to the following products and/or services:
- Installation services.
- Commercial sales.
