  1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1.2 Basic Information<\/strong><\/p>

    You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange at the store where the purchase was made.<\/p>

    2. Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

    To validate a refund or exchange for a product that has already been delivered, you must go to the branch where you made the purchase and present:<\/p>

    3. Proof of purchase.<\/strong><\/p>

    Merchandise in its original packaging and with all its components. Warranty with suppliers or service center.<\/p>

    After 60 days from the date of purchase, the warranty will apply with the Supplier or its Authorized Service Center.<\/p>

    4. Refunds or exchanges of merchandise purchased in-store.<\/strong><\/p>

    The refund or exchange will be processed at the Customer Service counter in the branch where the purchase was made.<\/p>

    4.1 Refunds or exchanges of merchandise purchased online.<\/strong><\/p>

    The refund or exchange will be issued using the original payment method. The refund will appear in the customer’s account within a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the issuing bank, after the transaction date.<\/p>

    For Special Order products, returns are only accepted for factory defects or product damage.<\/p>

    For partial returns, where only some products are being returned, the shipping cost is non-refundable.<\/p>

    5. Policy Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>

    This policy does not apply to the following products and\/or services:<\/p>

    • Installation services.<\/li>
    • Commercial sales.<\/li><\/ul>
