Home delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday deliveries may be available only in certain areas and at the branch’s discretion.<\/p>

2. Minimum purchase.<\/strong><\/p>

This promotion is valid only for online purchases at https:\/\/smartflowbc.com\/ with a minimum purchase of $4,000. It applies only within metropolitan areas.<\/p>

  1. All our home delivery orders include basic handling: Unloading and\/or moving the merchandise to the side of the truck from 1 to 5 meters away from the vehicle’s parking position.<\/li><\/ol>

    1. No merchandise hoisting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>

    4. No doors or windows will be removed to access the property.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    5. No disassembly of the product to allow entry (product warranty).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    6. No furniture will be moved; the access area must be clear to prevent damage to the property and merchandise.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    7. If there are stairs, the space must be wide enough to prevent damage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Free shipping does not apply to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo. Shipping costs to Cozumel and Isla Mujeres vary depending on the weight of the products. Check the shipping charge (excluding VAT) in your shopping cart summary; this charge includes all maritime transportation (ferry).<\/p>
